Media Release

As part of our STEAM, Tutoring, and Filmmaking programs, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken by staff or authorized representatives during classes and activities. These may include images or voices of participants and could be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes related to the program (such as on our website, social media, brochures, and other materials).

Please indicate your preference on this registration form by selecting “Yes” if you grant permission or “No” if you do not consent to the use of your or your child’s image or voice. If you select “No,” we will make every effort to ensure the participant is not included in any published media.
